Leadership Team
Ross Hamilton
Principal
Ross Hamilton is the Founder and Managing Principal for Mae Development. Ross oversees all development and business operations for the company.
Before founding Mae Development, Ross served as Vice President and a Limited Partner for the Journeyman Group for over nine years. During his time leading the Journeyman development team, he helped oversee the delivery of more than 5,000 multifamily units and $800 million worth of multifamily, senior living, and hospitality properties. Prior to his development experience with Journeyman, Ross spent seven years working on large-scale commercial construction projects for multiple General Contractors.
Ross has successfully executed many different partnership and financing structures in his career. His development experience includes conventionally financed market rate properties, HUD financed properties, workforce housing, and low-income housing tax credit properties.
Ross received a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Texas.
Hallie Hamilton
Principal
Hallie Hamilton is Co-Founder and Principal Partner for Mae Development. Hallie supports all business operations and oversees all branding and marketing efforts for the company.
Hallie’s prior professional experience includes roles in Public Relations as well as Oil and Gas Land Management. In recent years, Hallie has been actively involved in helping lead a Christian children’s program and ministry in Northwest Austin. Hallie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from Texas Tech University.
With a heart for serving others, fostering meaningful relationships, and a keen eye for tasteful design and marketing, Hallie helps to make sure Mae Development stays true to our company values and guiding principles.
