The East Ufer Street Mixed Use project is a planned commercial mixed-use development in downtown Fredericksburg, Texas. The project has obtained PUD zoning from the City of Fredericksburg to deliver a 41-key boutique hotel, retail, restaurant, and wine tasting room improvements along Baron’s Creek. The property is connected to the newly constructed pedestrian bridge and is located a short walk away from Main Street.
