Marielle Townhomes is a planned luxury for sale townhome community in Northwest Austin near major tech employers such as Apple and eBay. The property has been designed as three-story attached townhomes to appeal to tech employees and families looking to purchase a home close to work as well as major retail hubs such as The Domain.

For this project Mae Development is acting as the Development Consultant assisting with entitlements and marketing of the property.
