The Slide North Apartments Phase II is a luxury apartment community in Lubbock, Texas. The property is ideally located within the North Park Master Planned Development off Loop 289 with convenient access to local parks and entertainment, as well as short drive from Texas Tech University. The project includes three residential buildings and amenities that will be incorporated into the existing Slide North Apartment community.

For this project, Mae Development is acting as the Development Consultant for the Owner of the property.
