The Staked Plains Winery by Llano Estacado is a 4,400 SF wine tasting room addition, existing winery remodel, & exterior improvements located at the existing Airis Ele Winery (to be re-branded) in Fredericksburg, TX. The property is located off highway 290 in the heart of the Texas Wine Country. The project is currently under construction with a target completion in Q3 2026. Mae Development is acting as the Development Consultant for Llano Estacado Winery for this project.
