The Llano is a planned luxury apartment community located in Southeast Austin with proximity to Downtown as well as the Austin Airport. The property is planned on nine acres and will include three residential buildings, resort style clubhouse, pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, and jogging trail for future residents. For this project Mae Development is acting as the Fee Developer for the Owner of the property.
